Onsite RV overnight parking is available.
RV must be self contained. No tent camping permitted at the R/C
Flying Site. Additional park fees apply for overnight camping.
Camping fees will be collected each night by the Park Rangers.

Safety Rules Keep it safe. Field marshals will be circulating around the pits and flying stations during the events and all questions and concerns should be brought to their attention

The transmitter impound has been abolished because of the use of 2.4 GHz radios. If you need help with frequency control please see the event CD..
Proof of vaild AMA membership is required by all pilots.
All model operations must adhere to the current Official National Model Aircraft Safety Code.
Absolutely NO flying over the pit area or static display area is allowed.
All pilots must use at least 1 spotter at all times.

Registered pilots will receive a "parking pass" at the event. The parking pass must be displayed on your vehicle's windshield to avoid a $25/day fine. Food (Hot Dogs/Hamburgers/Sodas/Water, etc) will be sold by the Boy Scouts for Lunch on Friday, Breakfast & Lunch on Saturday and Sunday. The Pilot BBQ will be catered with a limit of 60 tickets available. Cost to be announced.. Be sure to purchase your BBQ tickets early! Pilot BBQ dinner will include: Chicken, Ribs, Potato Salad, Fruit Salad, Soda/Water. All pilots are requested to attend the Pilots Meeting at 10:00 Saturday morning. The "Pilots Only" raffle will be held during the general raffle drawing. Winner does need to be present to win or designate someone to care for their ticket. Tickets for a "General Raffle" will be available for purchase at the event for $10.00 each or 3 for $20.00. Anyone who crashes during the event will receive 1 free ticket to the General Raffle. General Raffle will be drawn on Saturday at 4:00 PM. Winner of the General Raffle must be present to win.
